“Conferencia Magistral sobre la realidad de la educación superior en el Perú”

Ha sido magistrado de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima, director del Sistema Nacional de Evaluación, Acreditación y Certificación de la Calidad Educativa (Sineace); así como presidente del directorio del Consejo Nacional de Evaluación, Acreditación y Certificación de la Calidad de la Educación Superior No Universitaria (Coneaces).

Actualmente, es socio principal de la firma legal Lescano, Lescano & Asociados, presidente del Instituto Peruano de Derecho Educativo, presidente de la Red
Internacional de Investigación en Derecho Educativo (sede Perú), presidente de la Comisión de Derecho Educativo del Colegio de Abogados de Lima. Así también, miembro de la Mesa de Educación del Acuerdo Nacional 2020, asesor, consultor y director en redes universitarias e instituciones de educación superior nacionales y extranjeras. Es conferencista internacional de legislación de educación superior latinoamericana. Ha sido reconocido reconocido por el Sineace por su labor y defensa de la calidad educativa; reconocido por la Revista “Best Lawyers” de USA como abogado relevante del Perú en el año 2020; por Educación al Futuro como persona influyente en la educación superior del Perú y reconocido por el Colegio de Abogados de Lima por su notable labor en el desarrollo del derecho educativo en el país.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
